Working with Claudia Dunn was incredible. She helped us prepare our home ready for sale with staging, cleaning, and professional photos/video. She kept us regularly updated on the showing feedback and we ultimately ended up with a great offer with perfect terms for us that exceeded our expectations. Claudia even put together an estimate of what we would walk away with and recommended other amazing professionals to help our moving process be super smooth. As first-time homebuyers, the process can feel overwhelming, but Claudia made it such a positive experience! Or as positive as it can be during this stressful process. From our very first meeting, she was so friendly and approachable. Claudia also never made us feel rushed or pressured to buy a house we weren't completely sold on. It was clear her priority was helping us find a home we genuinely loved, and thanks to her patience and dedication, we did just that.

I recently got the privilege of working on the buy side of one of Claudia’s listings. Right from the first phone call, I knew Claudia was a true professional. She called me to vet out the buyer and asked all the right questions to ensure a smooth transaction and no problems would arise for her seller. Closings that close in 30 days or less is a challenge, but because of Claudia, it made the challenge a piece of cake.
