I don't even know where to begin! Working with Claudia made this process fun and easy! When I was shopping around for my first home (with a different Realtor) I was anxious and undereducated on just about every step of the process. Claudia made sure I was comfortable about understood every single thing and step of the process. She went above and beyond every single step of the way! Just after our first phone/video conference she knew exactly what type of home I was looking for! She made sure to respect the budget set. After every house she knew I needed to talk about what I liked and disliked. Little did I know she was taking notes! We referred back to them to discuss homes afterwards. She was so good at understanding my needs and accommodating them. if I were to ever move again I know for a fact I'd call Claudia to help me sell my current home and buy my future home. Highly recommended! Claudia Muniz made everything smooth and easy for us. She invested in apps and companies to make it convenient for the homebuying and transfer process. She didn't hesitate on our requests even when it's raining! She made valuable factual inputs when asked for advise, so we may have educated informed decisions. Unlike other agents that we have spoken, she did not insists on her opinions just stated facts and datas. Her referrals did not disappoint and is as good as her credibility! We are so glad we landed to claudia as our realtor/real estate agent/real estate consultant being a first time homebuyers in Central Jersey specifically in Somerset County. Being a first-time homebuyer from NY, I was a novice regarding NJ real estate. I have worked with Claudia Muniz for years, and I love how she does business and sells houses. What sets her apart from other agents is that she has her seller's best interest by providing a "Walk & Talk" consultation with my company, Stellar Stagings and Redesigns. I help a seller, with specific DIY instructions, get their houses ready for buyers so they get the biggest return on their investment. She also includes professional photos which makes every house look like a million bucks! She is an expert at social media and uses that to maximize the exposure the property needs. She is a dynamo!

It was a great experience working with Claudia. She helped us to buy our first home. She was great at finding homes of our preference and in the neighborhood we liked. She also has great referrals when third party services are needed. Since it was a first buy we had lot of questions and she answered all of them patiently.
